As a Registered Nurse of over two decades, Adebanke saw so many patient struggles with all kind ailments or diseases that brew in their system for years without their awareness. From type 2 diabetes, heart disease to cancer and the list goes on! According to science, most of the diseases are not genetics but are related to obesity, stress, chronic inflammation and lifestyle choices. The bottom line is, we can prevent most of the disease we suffer simply by changing our lifestyle and controlling the cause. I believe it's well said by Michael Arloski, author of Wellness Coaching for Lasting Change, "The way you live your life determines the level of health with which you get to experience your life. It is sad to say that health awareness come slowly to most people but comes quickly when individuals experiences a health challenges or get diagnose with devastating health conditions".

After several years of struggle with her weight and some of the health consequences, Adebanke finally got the courage to do something about it . She searched for a weight loss plan that produce lasting result. She put in lots of research and interviews. What she found was that, just like herself, 99% of people were involved in FAD and YO-YO  Diet,  gimmicks, pills, powder and concussions that don't work and are doomed to fail!. She realized, she have to do something different. She then put together a plan and system that has helped her loose over 34 pounds and kept it off for two years now.  As a Health and Mindset wellness Coach, Adebanke is now healthy, fit and happy. 

Coach Adebanke is now very passionate about helping others get the same result. Adebanke believes that health is precious, when in good health, people are able to accomplish their goals and purpose in life. Then, they can work, make money, travel, enjoy relationships and food. Losing weight also comes easy when the focus is not on temporary quick weight loss. 

Adebanke lives in Richmond Texas with her husband. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Houston Victoria. She has been a Registered Nurse for over two decades. She is also an Author and a Certified Disc Profile Analyst. Adebanke earns her Coaching certification from Kingdom Builders Academy, an Online Coaching program. 

In her free time, Adebanke loves reading and writing. She also loves cooking, creating delicious meals, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
